Why JFC?

1. We train 48 weeks per year. Development of players is critical, and all year-round training is the ONLY way to guarantee development.

2. We train a minimum of 2 hours per training session. All competitive clubs train 1-1.5 hours. This is a big advantage.

3. Every JFC large sided team will be limited to ONLY 16 players. Money does not drive us. By keeping the rosters low, players will see more minutes in games. Other clubs have anywhere from 18-24 players on a roster and many players don’t even get their name put on the roster for games. EVERY JFC player is made available for game day. Every small sided team will be limited to ONLY 12 players.

4. Our Football Club is a feeder system into Portugal with professional teams such as Estoril and other elite clubs in Spain. One of our boys just returned from a trial with Estoril. Our associates in Portugal will be offering him a professional contract. With the breakup of DA, this is the only foolproof system to move to the highest levels.

5. Our Football Club is ONLY for the serious player and the families who understand the commitment to a high level of Football. We spend countless hours on correct European technique, tactical training and agility. Also, our players learn mind and body control which is necessary to move to the higher levels.

6. We will play in 3 tournaments per year and we will enter all teams into State Cup.

7. Our winter training is mandatory and is 2 times per week, versus other clubs who train only 1 time per week.

8. We integrate Futsal into our training in the winter so that our players understand the fast pace of the game and make quicker decisions on the ball.

9. Although creating a winning mentality is important, we believe that our main job as youth soccer coaches is to develop and to give the players the necessary set of skills to play at the next level

10. We monitor the players social media and do not tolerate behavior that diminishes the value of the club and player. This is in the player’s contracts.

11. Lastly, our players will be motivated and driven, or they will not put the JFC uniform on their backs!
